Our Program

The MOMS (Maternal Opiate Medical Supports) Program at CHC provides comprehensive, judgment-free care for pregnant and postpartum women navigating opioid use or other substance use disorders.

In partnership with the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and local healthcare providers, we deliver wrap-around support that puts the health of mothers, babies, and families first.

Counseling, medical care, and supportive services are all available in one welcoming location, making it easier to get the care you need without the overwhelm of coordinating across multiple providers.

Our program is built around skill-building, peer connection, and long-term support. Women in MOMS join a community of moms who lift each other up through pregnancy, the postpartum period, and beyond. Through compassionate care and practical tools, we help families build a healthy, stable foundation for the future.
