Our Adolescent Services Program is designed to help teens overcome substance use and related mental health challenges in a supportive and caring environment. We understand that every teen’s journey is unique, which is why we create personalized treatment plans tailored to each adolescent’s specific needs, strengths, and goals.

We meet teens where they are in their readiness for change, helping them build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, improve decision-making, and gain the confidence needed to create lasting positive change. Family involvement is an important part of the recovery process, and we provide guidance and education so parents can be active partners in their teen’s progress.
Our team also collaborates with schools, community organizations, and, when appropriate, court systems to ensure coordinated care and consistent support across all areas of a teen’s life.
Our office is conveniently located at 702 East Market Street, and we offer flexible after-school appointment times to accommodate busy family schedules.
We provide personalized, compassionate support to help teens address substance use and related mental health challenges. We focus on building resilience, healthy coping skills, and confidence while partnering with families, schools, and community supports to promote lasting positive change.
Individual therapy provides one-on-one support tailored to each adolescent’s specific challenges and strengths. Sessions may focus on substance use, co-occurring mental health concerns, emotional regulation, trauma, family stressors, school difficulties, or behavioral concerns.
Therapy helps teens build insight, develop healthy coping skills, improve decision-making, and work toward meaningful personal goals in a confidential and supportive setting.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) serves adolescents ages 13–17 and provides a structured, eighteen-topic group curriculum designed to help teens gain the tools and support necessary to establish, re-establish, or maintain sobriety. The program runs three days per week after school hours, with one day offered via telehealth to help reduce transportation barriers and minimize disruption to the school day. This structure allows teens to receive intensive support while remaining engaged in their academic responsibilities.
Through guided group sessions, participants build recovery skills, strengthen accountability, and develop healthier coping strategies. Teens are encouraged to share experiences, process thoughts and emotions, and both give and receive meaningful peer support in a safe and structured environment.
In addition to attending IOP groups, all participants are encouraged to participate in individual counseling. Individual sessions allow for personalized treatment planning, deeper therapeutic work, and focused attention on each teen’s unique needs and goals.
